Telkom Potchefstroom weak service!

Good Morning <br> <br> I have been struggling with Telkom Potchefstroom for 4 months just to come and fix and activate our telephone lines. They don't answer when calling up to 5 times a day and we have been at their offices for more than 2 times already were they said they'll send someone out on a date and never showed up ...
