Telkom postpones land-line installation

After phoning and requesting to have a land-line installed, I was given an installation date of March 20th. When I called to confirm the time and date today, they mentioned that they made a mistake with the date and postponed the line activation for an additional month. It is unacceptable to have to wait 2 full months to have a line installed.
