Telkom Porting Service Is Bad!!!

I have signed up with Telkom in 2018 on Black Friday. I have ported my number from Vodacom to Telkom. It is almost 3 months since the port and Vodacom number can still not reach me. I have phoned Telkom numerous times now and the problem is not attended to.
