Telkom Porting refused.
Wanted to do port a number from Telkom to MTN. Spoke to Mr Nzuza at the Telkom Shop in Richards Bay who refused to assist telling me to go back to MTN. Even after being told by Telkom Customercare that Mr Nzuza must assist us he refused.
