Telkom porting is Pathetic

I've been trying to port a number to Telkom Mobile for over 2 weeks now and it keeps failing. Keep getting error message that the sim number is incomplete, please ensure that you enter all 20 digits.... You can enter all 20 digits and it keeps giving the same error message.... Pathetic ....
