TELKOM - PORTING A NIGHTMARE!!!

Simple porting of my prepaid number has turned into a nightmare, nobody at Telkom even remotely understands or even knows the process. I have been on the phone at least 15 times, been to the store at least 5 times but no way closer to sorting out my problem. It has been over a week and definitely was a mistake on my part to even consider that Telkom support isn't still *******. I think I should just give up and cancel this contract instead of leaving it until after the cooling off period.
