Telkom POOR/NO Service

A new phone was installed at my dad's business in Vereeniging. As from day one when customers phoned you can't hear anything as the line is very soft and they get cut off during conversations. This resulting in losing business and customers. Several times complaints were done via phone to the customers services line and as a last resort they went to one of the Telkom stores. Again, they did not assist and dialed the customer service line for my dad to talk to them without any success. The business is now paying for a phone that is not working and we are losing customers. This is unacceptable!!!!
