Telkom poorest service provider

Telkom is the most ridiculous service provider i have ever seen they get all these companies to sell there product to you e.g Mobile Talk these companies then promise you the world and tell you so much lies just to get you to buy the product even when they know what they sell you will not work in your region. Know i must pay for something that was sold to me through lies and does not work. This has been reported numerous times but absolutely nothing has been done after 6 Months only messages that says we will look into it. Telkom will never get one good word of mouth in my lifetime they rob the people to enrich themselves.
