Running the monopoly. Taking peoples money for no service. A call centre with people who takes calls with absolute no competence in problem solving or assisting. But generates case numbers that leads to no end!!!! My account is debited monthly since inception 4 months ago. But mobile my mobile has not been working for 4 months since number was ported over from MTN.
