Telkom poorest customer service ever!!!!!

<p>HI, I recently app**** for another Telkom product, which I think was against my better judgement. Once the application was done, I never heard anything from Telkom. No replies to emails or calls. I called 10213 and every other number your have, but still nothing. Please contact me asap. I wish to cancel all existing products ordered. </p>
