Telkom poorer than poor service
Good day,
My daughter sent her phone in for repair a month ago, and it still has not been fixed. You advised her to make a payment, which she did, but even to this day, the issue remains unresolved.
Could you please provide an update on the status of the repair? This delay is causing a lot of inconvenience, and we would appreciate your prompt attention to this matter.
