Telkom poor wifi service

So Telkom please tell me!!!! Since thursday 02 January 2020 i have been having trouble with my wifi. Internet access is either so slow or there is nothing. I did go and check router and sim at wonderpark today. Router is fine but did a simswop because they said my simcard was old.. Still no beter signal. And guess what it is not only me. People in Tileba Dorandia and Wolmer is having a problem. So the issue must be on your side. I need feedback asap!. Tjaart Venter. ***
