Telkom : Poor Signal

Telkom mobile has been giving me a terrible service when it comes to poor signal. I have lodged several queries with them regarding the poor signal that I'm getting and at one point they even sent out a technician to check it out and he said everything was fine but I'm still experiencing the same signal and connectivity problems till this day. My phone frequently switches from 4G to Edge from time to time and during that time my connection is on hold until it switches back to 4G. I have recently lodged a query regarding this on Sunday but till today nobody has gotten back to me with a solution. The case number is ***8
