Telkom Poor Services Provider!

Haven't been with these guys for even a week and the service I'm getting is poor....first the agent gets my package order wrong, I called them back to get it fixed they tell me the guy that took out the package for me has to be the one to correct it and it will be sorted after 48 hours, two days later still no Internet access I call back again and they telling me I don't have any subscribions with them, only to find out instead of updating my package to the one I opted for they cancelled my subscription and now I have to wait for other new installation which by the way the technician failed to pitch today after they confirmed "his making his way" at this point I just want to cancel my subscription and find a better service provider, and they don't even call you back, spent hundreds(R) on the phone with these guys just to get proper assistance but still....I wouldn't recommend their services to anyone
