Telkom poor services

<p>I’m extremely disappointed with the services received from Telkom.</p> <p> I have used your chat services to get assistance with an upgrade but they cannot assist as they don’t deal with sales enquiries.... So I'm told.</p> <p> Now I have been holding on 10213 for more than 12 minutes, what type of services are guys giving to customers? </p> <p>I’m seriously reconsidering whether or not I should cancel this contract or stay with Telkom.</p> <p> Please can someone contact me as I have wasted my time since last week trying to get hold of someone in your business.</p> <p> </p> <p>There is no friendly agents are people willing to assist in your business.</p> <p> I’m extremely disappointed , please check your records on my number ********** 538 and see that I waited more than 15 minutes just for an agent to pick up the phone and assist.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have also sent a mail to ********** highlighting the above and nobody bothers to call you back. </p> <p> </p> <p>Please can you call me to cancel the existing contract I have with you, I'm willing to pay the cancellation fee! </p>
