Telkom poor service with different policies

<p>I defaulted on my account but rectified. I was told that my phone account would be activated within 7 days. 7 days still nothing. Phoned i was told after 12 days according to policy. still today i can not use my phone. its almost a month since ive rectified and still not back on but i am being billed. how many policies does Telkom have?</p>
