telkom poor service stay away

I took out a cell phone contract in 2019 with telkom, the phone stopped working three months into contract. Phone returned and 5 years later they still wanting me to pay for a contract that doesn't exist, multiple requests made to either repair/replace or cancel contract without success. Nudebt collection agency is also not listening to the merits of this case. Really frustrated at this poor service😡
