Telkom Poor service provider

I have been a customer for 23 years .I upgrade to fibre 2 months ago.I am still waiting for them to contact me to install the route.I have called them many times. They keep giving me excuse and that a technician will contact me in 48 hours .That never happens. Bad service. I dont reccomend them.
