Telkom poor service lately

I bought data from Telkom and it happened that it won't work for WhatsApp only social media such as Facebook and Instagram. Still I could not get any messages from both site. When I called in they say they will reverse it so I can get normal data three days passed now that data is getting less and less yet am not using I had to buy another date twice already but still they say they will call back and help. Now what they say is I've used the data that won't send nor recieve.
