Telkom poor service internet connection

Service delivery rating minus 10. Not possible to obtain any assistance from telkom supporting with internet data problem. Had to hold on telephone line for hours, nobody able to assist. Constantly referred by 10213 to numbers 10217, 081180 and 081187 where nobody took the call. The service delivery is poor and does not exist
