Telkom poor service for their clients

I would not recommend any one to take out or even try to take out a contract with Telkom, you cant even complain about service as it is soooo bad even your complaints will fall onto death ears! So im now going to take my matter to the Omboetsman, because clearly Telkom don’t care about their clients! I am now waiting 3 weeks for my product to get to me, (constant miss-informed and misled of what the problem really is) no one in the store Telkom Kimberley is able to assist me or even have the decency to keep me updated about the progress of my order, firstly i feel that i had to inform them that you can get stock from a different branch (Interbranch stock) and still a week after my suggestion nothing was done, only after i spoke with the store manager Bob, he put in some effort to at least try get it from a different branch @Telkom Knysna, but its now been a week that apparently its in transet, and every time i have to go into the store wait for at least 45min, because their service is poor, im not the only or first person to complain about this branch, i don’t have the time to waste anymore waiting to hear the same thing over and over again, you not knowing anything, being able to help me with just about nothing, Bob you and the personnel at your store are the worst service i have experienced ever in my life.
