Telkom poor Service

I'm disappointed and disgusted with Telkom, after using their services and routers for years. Our internet has been down for two months now, when you call the representatives are so rude and inconsiderate. We even bought a new router which was of course a waste of money. Still there is no internet, the technician came and the internet work for one day. Despite of all this the bill is still high thou no one is using the services.

We have decided to cancel Telkom and use another provider because we cannot run a business without internet connection.
