Telkom Poor Service

I’m not satisfied with Telkom customer services. Telkom’s call center services do not have a system to address customer complaints and it is not serving. I have been passed from one agent to another, and my issue as a customer has not been resolved.

Secondly, as a customer, you are not properly advised on the terms and conditions of the contract. More especially for the use of a third party for collection for which you are charged, and yet the network is suspended at the same time. That’s not fair. Now you have to pay additional and hidden amounts, even though the contract does not indicate this issue. Honestly, I wouldnt avaised any one to sign up for such a contract.
