Telkom Poor service

i have been a telkom adsl user for years and was recently phoned and told they are migrating us to fibre LTE . they terminated my adsl line and 3 weeks down the line i have not recieved the LTE router yet and 10213 is not helpful at all as they all tell you the story about escalation. I need the internet urgently
