TELKOM POOR SERVICE

I am so fed up with Telkom. I app**** for a new internet line 2 months ago, received a phone call from "vuma" that indicated that my line is active more than two weeks ago and that I will receive my username and password within 15 minutes. A week ago I received my username and password but according to all the numbers that i tried to contact EVERYDAY for the past week are of no use. What can I do?? ***
