Telkom poor service

I have previously posted about my poor experience with telkom. They were meant to deliver a router which did not arrive. For almost a year I have been fighting them as they debit my account every month for a service never delivered. It is costing me a fortune. Finally someone got back to me and asked for proof that the router was not delivered which I sent. I got debited again today. I am not sure what next to do
