Telkom poor service

I have written a review about the offer from Telkom and they have not even responded. Is it the service they offering their customers a satisfactory one according to them? This is very poor, they want me to never make a follow up with what they forcefully offered to me. I need advise on how I must sort this out. Where do you report a business that continuously ignore my plea?
