Telkom poor service delivery

Good day to whom it may concern...kindly seeking assistance regarding one of Telkoms promotion Tap 2 win,,, highly disappointed with there service as i won vouchers and haven't received them yet after 7days,have spoken to three different consultants all providing different feedback....differently turn around times...can this matter kindly be escalated or even taken seriously...would be highly appreciated..emails have been sent still nothing.... kindly contact Naadiya stofberg *** ...Email : ***...
