Telkom poor service delivery

I recently recharged data on my mobile router but struggled with connection. When I called Telkom to enquire I was told that my number has been given to someone else as there was no activity on that SIM card for 2months. They refused to transfer the data to an alternative number and informed me to talk directly to the total stranger that I didn’t know if I wanted the data back. From the store consultants and call center agents no one was interested in assisting as they were not the ones who came up with the rules.
