telkom poor service delivery

i have recently visited a telkom store at gateway shopping mall ,and i can gladly say that telkom does not believe in customer service .i went in store to purchase a new contract and the gentlemen tells me that he cannot assist me as he needs 30 min to do cashing up .i asked as to why they claim shopping hours are up until 9pm ,while they close store at 8:30pm .the sales rep just ignores me as though we dont exists .there were 3 sales rep on the floor at that instantance .i am pretty sure all dont need to go and do a cash up ,and logically a telkom store outlet is usually utilised predominantly for selling contracts .i doubt there would be taking cash like a grocery outlet.i advise customers to not support companies like this as ,they are not interested in the customer and hence customer service .
