Telkom poor service delivery!!!

Hello peter Telkom have poor service delivery. I sign up a wi-fi rooter contract with them online 2016 April & the consaltent called me, she never check if I was having a coverage for that rooter. The rooter was delivered but I could not use it since the coverage was not available on my area since delivery address was wrong. Tried to call them about the matter they keeping empty promises, uptodate they still debit on my acount even though the wi-fi is not working. I even go to the shop they gave me the cancellation form filled it & send even now my matter is not resolved. I'm sick & tired with Telkom
