Telkom poor service

I have never used a pathetic service provider like telkom before, I signed up for a fibre special last year in April, my account was activated wrongly they keep suspending it claiming non payment but there is a debit order going out for the amount signed for, today they tell me my account has only 7 months , how can this be , who signed the new contract for me and why? As it is my account is suspended for the 4th or 5th time again. I must say I hate Telkom at this point
