Telkom poor service

I am not happy with telkom service, I,ve been using Telkom for almost 5 years but everytime when I have a problem they are unable to help me they once over charged me for debting the monthly installments of my phone on the wrong date and untill to date I didn't receive any feedback today I bought R50 airtime and bought 950 mb for R17.00 and the balance of R 33 dissapeard I'm trying to contact them without any success .
