Telkom poor service

I live in Oatlands AH in krugersdorp west and the signal for telkom is always on and off . But they expect us to use 20 g day and 20 g night in a month's time with their ****py network but it shows LTE 4 g on our signal display.i can't even use half of what I buy with their weak signal.
