Telkom Poor Service

Their Maponya Mall branch is totally out of order!

I have been trying to call into the shop to get an update about my cellphone which went in for repairs and the numbers on the sight are unoperational or "do not exist" even the staff never knows what's happening. Are we getting **** service because we're in Soweto??
