Telkom poor service

Completed an online application for Home WIFI on the telkom website in June 2020. Application was approved but up to now 2 months later no installation was done.

A installation date was set but the technician called and said they dont have any modems in stock. However we called several times to have the installation done but the case only gets escalated and we were sent from one call agent to the next.

We have been in contact with the local technician as he has done installations at other peoples homes and he informed us they have received modems but he is still awaiting head office to send him an instruction to come and install our wifi.

I dont understand why there is a delay and telkom operators cannot assist us, we had an installation booking but the technician called and apologized to inform us there are no modems, now that there is modems in stock still he cannot come and assist us with completing the installation.
