Telkom poor service...

I have a R99. 00 contract with Telkom, and the billing is rediculous, the billing exceeds the actual contract amount. I have been back and forth submitting bank statements at telkom store but I haven't received any feed back from telkom. I've also lost my phone and they refuse block/suspend my Sim card. The level of service poor. I wouldn't recommend this network to anyone.
