Telkom POOR SERVICE

Since December 4 towers are down and all I hear from Telkom is maybe, unfortunately, there is nothing we can do! Yet monthly I am billed for services I am not receiving and Telkom is refusing me a right to have my own payment method. Their contact center stuff is rude and arrogant
