Telkom Poor service

Telkom service sucks, first they blocked my number without no reason and I called several times to get it unblocked and I was told it will be done in 24 but that never happened. Today an Agent of telkom made hold the line for 50 minuets and hang up on me without any assistance

To the supervisor and QA of the call center please do your jobs, your agents are taking advantage working from home, I don't understand why should a person hold a call that long to get assistance unless ur employees are busy with other things.
