Telkom Poor Service

Hi everyone i am a telkom supporter . Now im battling to stop my adsl wifi for the last 2 and half months no answer when i phoned and then decided to go to the telkom store the booked me 3 calls so that telkom should phone me now that account is running high cost and im fed up i dont know what to do further my husband lost his job due COVID19 Im the only one working i need to stop this account plz im crying for HELP PETER......
