Telkom poor Service

I was sold a Contract of R139, 10 Gigs with a Router. Only to find out a R60 of another Sim card which was promised to be a free benefit for taking the Contract was added. Only realised after 2 Months of paying its R199. I've been sent from pillar to post trying to resolve this issue. Can someone assist in this regard.
