Telkom poor service at front office

Hi I was at the telkom direct shop at blue route mall the lady that were the glasses at that branch doesn't no how to do a sim swap I asked for a sim swap on one of my contract numbers an she added a pre paid number to my contract I spoke face to face with her yet she still did it wrong how can telkom employ people like that they are so far the worse branch
