Telkom poor service, application approved money taken & no service

I app**** for a router at Telkom Fourways on the 17th of January 2024, on the 22nd January 2024 I received a message indicating my application is approved and was instructed to pay R700 of which I did on the same day, till today i haven't received the device as i have been informed that the matter is dealt with back office and i haven't been provided with the turnaround time.
