Telkom poor service and incompetend.

I am very unhappy with Telkom, they suspended me and my daughter's contracts,of which they did not debit our accounts.The Telkom stores is not willing to assist us,and when you call Telkom the call centre agents they sound more dead than alive and uninterested and tell you to go the stores.They send you from pillar to post.This is the worsrt company i've ever delt with, their service sucks.We have contracts but we cannot use our phones,and @ the end of the day they blacklist you and we have to pay unneccesary interest because they are incompetend. We cannot even speak to the managers that sit in their offices and just earn the big bucks.
