Telkom- Poor service and do not keep up to their word!

Telkom has given me terrible service regarding my LTE line. Previously had an ADSL line with them but my download speed was only 10 mbps , I called to ask if I could upgrade/increase my speed because my job requires a minimum 20mbps upload speed. The consultant told me about an LTE package and told me I would get a 300mb download and 50mbps upload speed. Today I activate it and another consultant tells me it has "that capacity" but its on a 10mbps upload and download!!!!!!!! This was not what I was told. I am fed up with poor service and consultants who don't know what they are talking about. I am done with telkom!
