Telkom poor service

Telkom provides the worst coverage , as a client you buy data only foe them to take it away because you .cannot connect .The call centre agents are rude and drop calls knowing they wont call back ...why can other network providers call ...well they dont they useless ...I demand a refund for my data ..i risked my lifw yesterday because i could npt request a uber ride because they decided to turn of our coverage as always...I want a refund as in today ! ***
