Telkom Poor Service

It's been more than a month now si ce waiting for a paid up letter from telkom but still no feedback from them, I spoke to Fikile Julia Nkosi from telkom she since promised to assist but nothing is happening as I would like to buy a bakkie for my company and this is the second time I'm writing this review but still nothing is happening
