Telkom poor service

I have telkom wifi *** and the service is extremely poor we cant get thru to them they bill us incorrect and debit when ever they want to its a financial product they selling to us they can't just debit when they want to as they please. We have heard so much bad stories about telkom and still we took the product now that we experience it ourself we see that telkom is realy not worth it...my nr is ***
