Telkom poor service

Its been 2 months since I have canceled my contract with Telkom,due to their network issues in my area.But even today my complain haven't been resolved,yet they want me to pay for services not received.Their network towers are not available in my area and the technician gave them a report,yet they handed my account for collection.I have been to their Store in Festival mall trying to resolve the issue but they always give me excuses.This is affecting my credit score and it will ruin it
