Telkom poor service

Very poor service, you log a ticket with an agent and they put down an incorrect query, Telkom does not call you back or attend to your query of ***** as a matter of urgency. I set a spend limit on my account when I received my phone, yet they didnt action correctly. Pathetic service from them.
